Privacy Policy

How Superior Point Inc. collects, uses and protects information on this website.

Effective date: August 4, 2026
Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Superior Point Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit phoenix.superiorpointpools.com (the "Site"), submit a form, or contact us about swimming pool services.

1. Who we are

Superior Point Inc.
1155 S. Power Rd Ste 114 #377
Mesa, AZ 85206
Phone: 480-448-2455
Email: cs.superiorpoint@gmail.com

We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, pool details, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Phone calls: the information you give us on a call, including your name, contact details and service address.
  • Customer records: if you become a customer, service history, visit notes, water chemistry readings, equipment details and billing information.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files and identifiers used for site functionality, analytics, advertising measurement and remarketing. See section 5.
  • Advertising click identifiers: when you arrive from a paid advertisement, the ad platform may append an identifier to the URL (for example Google's gclid or Microsoft's msclkid). We use these to measure which advertising produced an enquiry.

What we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information about health, religion, sexual orientation or political opinions. Do not send us this kind of information. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your quote request, answer questions and schedule service.
  • To provide, schedule, route and invoice pool services you have requested.
  • To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request or your account.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including attributing enquiries to the campaign that produced them.
  • To analyse how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, spam and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Text messages and phone calls

When you tick the consent box on our quote form, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number you provided by phone call and by text message — including through automated systems — about your enquiry and about our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can decline consent and still call us, or ask us to contact you by email only.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts, or HELP for assistance. You may also opt out at any time by calling 480-448-2455 or emailing cs.superiorpoint@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about scheduled service you have already booked.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site may use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site and forms to work, including anti-spam and rate-limiting protection. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics: to understand which pages are viewed and how people move through the site, in aggregate.
  • Advertising and conversion measurement: to measure the results of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and to show relevant advertisements to people who have visited the Site (remarketing).

These technologies may be provided by third parties including Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Advertising, UET tag). Those companies process data under their own privacy policies:

How to opt out

Do Not Track. Browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no common industry standard for responding to it, and this Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable law requires it.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf under contract — web hosting, email delivery, form processing, call handling and call tracking, scheduling and invoicing software, analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Advertising platforms for conversion measurement and remarketing, as described in section 5. Under some state privacy laws this activity may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out using the methods above.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers and lawyers where necessary.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff or the public.
  • Business transfers — if the business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

7. Data retention

Quote enquiries that do not become customers are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Customer service and billing records are retained for as long as the account is active and for up to seven years afterwards to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider, typically no longer than 26 months. Spam-trap logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Security

This Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected by spam filtering and rate limiting, and access to customer records is restricted to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Arizona residents

Arizona does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute. We nevertheless extend the core rights described in this section — access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising — to all of our customers and website visitors regardless of where they live.

To exercise a right, email cs.superiorpoint@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or call 480-448-2455. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 45 days.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the rights described above, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not use sensitive personal information for inferring characteristics. To exercise a right, or to submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request, email cs.superiorpoint@gmail.com or call 480-448-2455. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will require proof of authorisation.

How to make a request

Email cs.superiorpoint@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or call 480-448-2455. We will verify your identity — usually by matching the details against records we already hold — before acting on the request.

10. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
